CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
Anyone attending surgery is required to provide and wear their own face covering. Face coverings are widely available online, but you probably already have something suitable in your own home. You can use a scarf, bandana or any piece of material, provided it covers your nose & mouth.

Allocated Named GP – Patients Aged Under 75
From April 2015 we are required by our NHS contract to allocate a named GP to all of our patients. Please see the list below giving information of your named GP, if you are unsure please check with one of our reception staff.
SURNAME | ALLOCATED GP |
A - E | Dr A D Mellor |
F - K | Dr H J Smith |
L - S | Dr A Santiago Martin |
T - Z | Dr C Hollis |
A named GP has been allocated according to surname and this GP will be responsible for the co-ordination of all appropriate services and ensure these services are delivered when required.
This will not affect you seeing the GP of your choice; you can continue to book appointments with any one of our Doctors. If you require any further information please ask at reception.
